These terms apply when you use vesixagency.com or hire VeSix Agency ("we", "us") for a case. By starting a case with us, you agree to them.
Our services
We help individuals, creators, and businesses with social media account recovery, impersonation removal, and related services described on our Services page. VeSix Agency is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.
No guaranteed outcome
Final decisions on accounts are made by the platforms, not by us. Our 95% success rate reflects past cases and is not a guarantee for any individual case.
Reviews and pricing
Every case starts with a free review. Pricing is set per case after that review, based on its difficulty. Intellectual-property-related suspensions (such as copyright or trademark) typically cost more. You decide whether to go ahead before you pay anything.
Payment and refunds
Payment is taken upfront once you decide to proceed. If your case fails, or we exceed the turnaround time we promised, we refund your payment, minus at most $200 to cover extra fees and the recovery slot reserved for your case.
Post-recovery warranty
Recovered accounts are covered by a 12-hour warranty for issues on our end. It does not cover re-disables caused by your own actions after recovery, such as policy violations.
Your responsibilities
- Only request help with accounts that you own or are authorized to act for.
- Give us accurate information about your account and case.
- Follow each platform's rules after your account is restored.
We may decline or stop any case that appears to involve an account the requester does not own or is not authorized to manage.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any case is limited to the amount you paid us for that case.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you start a case apply to that case.
